Family Fun Night

 
Jackson was excited to participate in the pudding eating contest. The kids were talking about family fun night all week, getting excited! Our school hosted it and it was a great turnout. It was for all ages pre-k to 8th. They had games and a dj in the gym where quite a few kids danced. It got a little wild every once a while, we had to keep a good eye on Olivia or she might get knocked down. She really had a great time too. the next morning she was saying, "family fun night. I want to dance again, mommy. REally fun!!" Savannah was all over the floor coming up with different dance moves all the time. She was right there with all the older kids. Kind of in her own world, having a blast. Jackson just enjoyed being with his friends. What a great night that was. We left at 845 so by the time we got home, the kids were exhausted and fell right to sleep, thank goodness, 'cause I was tired too.

This was on one of the beautiful days last week. Wishing it was like that again today. The wind has been strong all day. It was so nice to have the kids play outside. The day this was taken, the kids were begging to have their bikes out, I couldn't quite get them out of the shed, unfortunately. 

At the Wilderness in the Dells

 
We all had a great time in the Dells on Thursday and Friday. The kids showed little fear playing in the water and going down the slides by themselves. I was quite impressed. What a difference a year makes. Then on Friday we headed up to Lewiston and had a very nice visit. I got a day out with Marcie shopping at some scrapbooking stores and having lunch. How I love to have a day like that. The guys took care of the kids and went to Barnes and Noble and got some Culver's. I guess everyone was good. John won Zion Check two nights in a row, I know we will never hear the end of it. We had such a nice family weekend. Enjoy the photos!

This is just about the only picture I got of Jackson playing in their ball area. I could never find him, boy was his face red when he was done from playing so hard. 

 
Livi had a blast going down the slide with mommy. Even on the second day, she told us, "I want to swim again" I guess she had fun.
