Caught purple handed, no it is not grapes, it is from an olive that had never been harvested in the fall. Our hands felt so smooth after we rubbed it all over. John was the first one to do it. Luckily the purple washed right off, since I had a very white shirt on. Posted by Hello

This is where we did the wine tasting. The building is an old monastary part of it built in 1100 and part in 1500s. It did have plumbing, thank goodness. See all of the bottles on the table??? Yes, we were feeling quite nice after all of that! Then we went to eat a delicious meal at another native Florencian's house. What a great experience. Posted by Hello

A view of my backside during our walk through the olive groves and vineyards. As you can see, John was following me! Posted by Hello

All of the bottles of wine at the winery we toured.  Posted by Hello

A view of Florence from Fort Belvedere. The Duomo, which is the dome in the distance was close to our hotel. This also a view of most of Florence! I have some better pics that I developed, but haven't scanned them in yet. Posted by Hello

The narrow streets that we walked on during one of our own walking tours that we did. See those cars, it was rare to see cars as big as the one in the left corner, many *Smart* cars and vespas, scooters, I could understand why you wouldn't want a big car in this town. This was also in Florence. Posted by Hello

THis is a bridge in Florence that has all jewelry shops all the way across, it was just a cool area to walk around, lots and lots of people. Posted by Hello
